As a recognized and established SaaS developer, Echoworx provides customizable encryption solutions to a growing list of multinational organizations hailing from a wide range of high-regulated sectors – including government, financial services, healthcare, legal and manufacturing, among others.

The Client Engagement Team collaborates with both enterprise clients and partners to ensure the successful implementation, launch, and ongoing operation of our email encryption services. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Client Engagement Manager who thrives in both technical deep dives and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for email encryption technologies and the ability to lead projects with precision and care.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage customer engagements from onboarding through to post-launch premium support
  • Oversee the project lifecycle from contract signing to service launch, ensuring smooth and timely delivery
  • Prepare and deliver clear, engaging technical presentations to both existing and prospective clients, explaining the service and its benefits
  • Collaborate with customers and engineers to assess business needs and determine system requirements
  • Partner with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical support during the sales process
  • Identify, resolve, and escalate any project barriers or technical issues in a timely manner
  • Work closely with internal delivery teams to design, document, and deploy customized Echoworx email encryption solutions
  • Test and validate new software releases in a pre-production environment to ensure service readiness
  • Provide customer training on troubleshooting, support, and operational best practices for the service
  • Assist Sales and Marketing teams with technical content creation, ensuring clear communication of Echoworx’s capabilities

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar type role
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Candidates with equivalent technical experience or specialized training in email security are encouraged to apply
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Proven relationship-building skills, particularly with VIP customers and strategic partners

The following technical knowledge is essential for this role:

  • In-depth understanding of email encryption technologies (S/MIME, PGP)
  • Experience with Secure Email Gateways (cloud-based and on-premises)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and related tools
  • Expertise in email routing, DLP, email hygiene, and security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc.)
  • Proficiency with DNS, MX records, and networking fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience setting up and troubleshooting email clients, including Microsoft Outlook
  • Knowledge of security compliance standards, including PCI, SOC, and GDPR
