We’re looking for a Technical Writer to create and update technical documentation for our email encryption systems. Working in the Product Development department, you’ll collaborate with Development, Product Management, Customer Engagement, and Support teams to produce high-quality documentation that supports our customers and internal teams.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop admin guides and reference materials for multiple products in collaboration with the Development team.
- Create customer setup guides and help documentation in partnership with Product Management and Customer Engagement teams.
- Own and improve the documentation process, proposing enhancements to tools and procedures.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Technical Communication, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to work effectively across teams.
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Madcap Flare and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Familiarity with Linux, Windows, database technologies, and network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
- Experience in email, networking, or security is a plus.
